Please e-mail them at the e-mail addresses below, and let them know as a citizen of Topeka, you want the best for Tembo & Sunda which is to take them off display at the Topeka Zoo and retire them to The Elephant Sanctuary. These elephants need your voices.

PLEAS RETIRE THESE ELEPHANTS TO A SANCTUARY WHERE THE HAVE ROOM TO MOVE AND BE AS FREE AS THEY CAN LET THEM HAVE FREEDOM FOR WHAT YEARS THEY HAVE LEFT DO THE RIGHT THING AND LET THEM GO TO THE SANCTUARY AT TENN.
ReplyDeleteI JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WIH THE TOPEKA ZOO. THE GAL WAS VERY KIND AND SAID THEY ARE CONSIDERING EVERY OPTION AT THIS TIME. AT LEAST THAT WAS NOT A "NO".I HAVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES NOT BEING ABLE TO TALK TO THE MAIN MAN.I WENT TO THE ELEPHANT SANCTUARY 7 WEEKS AGO, IN CALI AND IT WOULD BE SO GOOD TO SEE THEM THERE, AS IT IS SPACIOUS AND WONDERFUL. KEEP THE FAITH, AND HOPE THIS BECOMES THEIR REALITY.
